We offer a delectable collection of dishes, especially sushi, that capture and present the very essence of Japanese cuisine. At Sushi Koshu, we are dedicated to providing our customers a diverse variety of savory menu selections. Our signature dishes include flavorful bluefin tuna, fresh uni (sea urchin), seared black cod sashimi, and Koshu style Chilean sea bass. We prepare and serve these seasonal delicacies in the traditional "kaiseki style", the most formal style of Japanese food that is often served in high class Japanese restaurants. Along with our quality recipes, we see great importance in providing refreshments that perfectly complement our sushi and sashimi. Thus, we offer a vast array of select sake choices, including premium sake not readily found in other restaurants. We have carefully selected sake brands that we believe nicely accompany and enrich the flavor of the food we serve.

For over 27 years, restaurant owner Toyomi Koshu and his son Hajime Koshu have stood behind the sushi bar preparing appetizing Japanese dishes that bring comfort and satisfaction to guests. Today they continue to successfully cater a fine dining experience for clients by constantly perfecting their culinary skills. Our cordial staff members, who have been a part of the Japanese restaurant business for over 20 years, are also always ready to answer any questions or to accept suggestions of new dishes customers would like to try!
